She provides inspiration and motivation to teens and women, through Pink Pearl, LLC a personal and professional development company. Her practical yet strategic approach to helping women overcome obstacles and pursue boundless possibilities comes from her own life experiences, coupled with education, guts, and the grace of God. Tamara compels women to saunter with confidence & authority, embrace the extraordinary, and impact the lives of others through their influence. It is her life’s purpose to coach women on the Journey of Self-Discovery, to understand and Cultivate Self-Love, and embrace their life story in order to Life a Life Full of Boldness, Confidence and on Purpose!
The goal of the Poised and Positioned Empowerment Summit is to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, and ENCOURAGE Men and Women to overcome their past while providing the keys to unlock the future destined for them to live.
In order to accomplish this goal the Poised and Positioned Empowerment Conference will:

SHARE the stories of Confident, Bold, and Brave women who have overcome traumatic obstacles

CREATE innovative breakout and Q&A sessions that will give attendees opportunity to explore topics such as breaking cycles of abuse, healthy vs. toxic relationships, healing, and becoming a conqueror

PROVIDE insight into the lives of a Survivors of Bullying, Domestic Abuse. What it is, and how it affects us locally, nationally, and globally

MOTIVATE attendees to view their story as a catalyst to changing their lives, not as a final chapter in their life book

ENCOURAGE through a men’s panel discussion, participants to think and speak openly on issues such as drug, sexual and domestic abuse, exploitation, relationships and the man’s role in uplifting his home, children and community.

.Gregory Morris – Father, Educator, Speaker, and CEO of MorrGood Entertainment. Gregory has constructed various events around the Greater Grand Rapids area, such as fashion shows, comedy shows, and a variety of charitable events. Gregory works daily and counsels at risk youth, educating them on living out their life’s dreams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and continues to educate himself to continue to bring his community the best events. His motto is, “There is no Success without Sacrifice!”
